What Are the Symptoms of Sexual Problems in Men?

The symptoms of sexual problems in men include:
  • Lack of sexual desire, sexual fantasies, or interest in sexual contact
  • Inability to have or maintain any erection
  • Inability to have or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual penetration
  • Inability to reach an orgasm despite adequate sexual stimulation and signs of arousal
  • Ability to achieve orgasm only after an unusually lengthy period of stimulation
  • Ability to achieve orgasm only during masturbation or during oral sex
  • Ability to achieve orgasm only in situations that are considered bizarre or taboo, such as fetishes
  • Difficulty controlling the timing of orgasm and ejaculation, so that it occurs very early in sexual contact, leaving the other partner dissatisfied
  • Lack of ejaculation
  • Persistent erection unassociated with sexual desire
  • Bloody ejaculation (This can be frightening but is usually not serious.)

1. Erectile Dysfunction
         Erectile dysfunction (impotence) is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Having erection trouble from time to time isn't necessarily a cause for concern

  • Trouble getting an erection
  • Trouble keeping an erection
  • Reduced sexual desire

2. Premature Ejaculation

          Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. Occasional PE is also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax or early ejaculation. PE might not be a cause for worry. It can be frustrating if it makes sex less enjoyable and impacts relationships.
Symptom
The key symptoms of premature ejaculation include:
  -Ejaculation that routinely occurs with little sexual stimulation and with little control.
 -Decreased sexual pleasure because of poor control over ejaculation.

  -Feelings of guilt, embarrassment or frustration
3. Low Libido

      Physical issues that can cause low libido include low testosterone, prescription medicines, too little or too much exercise, and alcohol and drug use. Psychological issues can include depression, stress, and problems in your relationship. About 4 out of 10 men over age 45 have low testosterone.

4. Orgasm 

        The orgasm is widely regarded as the peak of sexual excitement. It is a powerful feeling of physical pleasure and sensation, which includes a discharge of accumulated erotic tension.
Symptom
There are many psychological causes of low sex drive, including:
- Mental health problems, such as anxiety or depression.
- Stress, such as financial stress or work stress.
- Poor body image.
- Low self-esteem.
- History of physical or sexual abuse.

- Previous negative sexual experiences.

5. Hyperthyroidism

The over production of hormones by butterfly shaped glands in the neck (thyroid)
Symptoms may include:-
    -Premature Ejaculation
    -Weight Loss
    -Nervousness
