What Are Ejaculation Disorders?

There are different types of ejaculation disorders in men, including:
  • Premature ejaculation: This refers to ejaculation that occurs before or soon after penetration.
  • Inhibited or retarded ejaculation: This is when ejaculation is slow to occur.
  • Retrograde ejaculation: This occurs when, at orgasm, the ejaculate is forced back into the bladder rather than through the urethra and out the end of the penis.
  • Call Your Doctor Immediately or Go to an Emergency Room If:
  • You have an extended or painful erection, unrelated to sexual desire, lasting more than two hours.
  • Call Your Doctor to Discuss Sexual Problems If:
  • You or your partner are experiencing significant distress due to sexual dysfunction
  • Erections or intercourse are painful
  • You lack any desire for sexual contact
  • You are unable to have or maintain a usable erection
  • You are unable to have an orgasm
  • You are unable to control the timing of your orgasm, so that you ejaculate extremely early during sexual activity


स्खलन विकार क्या हैं?
पुरुषों में विभिन्न प्रकार के स्खलन विकार हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं:-
1. शीघ्रपतन: यह स्खलन को संदर्भित करता है जो पैठ से पहले या बाद में होता है।
2. बाधित या मंद स्खलन: यह तब होता है जब स्खलन होने के लिए धीमा होता है।
3. प्रतिगामी स्खलन: यह तब होता है, जब संभोग सुख पर, स्खलन मूत्रमार्ग के माध्यम से और लिंग के अंत से बाहर मूत्राशय में वापस मजबूर होता है।

अपने चिकित्सक को तुरंत बुलाएँ या आपातकालीन कक्ष में जाएँ यदि:-
आपके पास एक विस्तारित या दर्दनाक निर्माण है, जो यौन इच्छा से असंबंधित है, दो घंटे से अधिक समय तक चलता है।
